Cookie Policy

Last Updated: May 25, 2026

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They may be set by us (first-party cookies) or by third-party services we use. Some are stored only during your browsing session (session cookies), while others persist for a longer period (persistent cookies).

2. Cookies We Use

Essential Cookies

These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be disabled in our systems:

  • Cookie Consent: A flag stored in your browser's localStorage (not a traditional cookie) that remembers your acceptance of our cookie notice. No personal data is stored.
  • Security (Cloudflare Turnstile): Our contact and unsubscribe forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. Turnstile may set a cf_clearance cookie to verify that you are a human user. This cookie is set by Cloudflare, and its use is governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. When Turnstile is active, Cloudflare also sets a __cf_bm cookie for bot management (expires after 30 minutes).
  • CSRF Protection: A session-based token used to prevent cross-site request forgery on our forms. No personal data is stored.

3. Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our website. These services may set cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect usage data (pages visited, clicks, scroll depth, mouse movements). All analytics cookies are blocked until you provide consent via our cookie banner. No data is collected until you click "Accept."

  • Microsoft Clarity: Captures session recordings and heatmaps. Sensitive text fields (emails, names) are masked. Data is shared with Microsoft. See Microsoft Privacy Statement.
  • Google Analytics 4: Collects anonymized usage statistics. See Google Privacy Policy.
  • Google Fonts: Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). Google may set cookies when these resources are loaded. See Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not control cookies set by third-party services and recommend reviewing their privacy policies for detailed information about their data practices.

5. Managing Cookies

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings, including blocking all cookies or deleting existing ones. You can also use browser extensions to manage tracking preferences. Disabling essential cookies may affect site functionality (e.g., contact forms may not work without Turnstile's bot-protection cookie).

To manage cookie settings:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Cookies and website data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies

6. Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the cookies we use or to comply with legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made.
